Create - Document Recording Alert

1. Enter your email address.
2. Confirm your email address.

3. Select Individual or Business and enter the name you want to monitor. Then click Add Name.
NOTE: YOU MUST ENTER AT LEAST ONE NAME TO MONITOR.

4. Click the checkbox to agree to terms of service then click Register.
